Clarity. sells certainty, not sessions or slide decks. We help you cut through

Do I need to speak to someone to get started?
No. You can join the
waitlist and choose a
Support Plan
online. No calls or sales chat required.
Prefer to talk first? You can. Either way, we make it simple to get started
fast.
Can I try Clarity. before I commit long-term?
Yes, that's what the Base plan and monthly payment option is designed
for. You can start small, solve one strategic problem, and upgrade later
if it's the right fit.
What happens after I sign up?
After signing up, we'll welcome you in, confirm your plan, and help you
book your first Clarity. Session (if needed). You'll also get access to
async insight straight away. No delays.
Do I need to prepare anything before a session?
Not really. If you have documents, drafts, or slides, feel free to
share. But all you really need is a problem worth solving. We'll help
you shape the rest.

What do I get with a Support Plan?
You'll get expert input, insight, optional playbacks, and focused
briefs. Each plan includes what's needed.
Every plan includes Insight-as-a-Service (IaaS). On Base, it's the focus.
On Plus and Partner, it's one of the ways we help you move forward with confidence.
What happens in a Clarity. Session?
It's a structured conversation designed to remove roadblocks. We might
explore trade-offs, test assumptions, shape a plan, or reframe the
problem.
You'll leave with clarity and actionable next steps.
How quickly will I get value?
Most clients feel the benefit within days. We focus on unblocking

Base is focused Insight-as-a-Service. One question, one team, one clear

Plus gives you joined-up strategic input across multiple teams. Partner embeds

Plus includes everything in Base and Partner includes everything in Base
& Plus.
Compare the plans. Do I lose any features if I upgrade?
No. You keep everything from Base, or Plus and gain more. We simply
widen the scope, so you get joined-up input across multiple decisions.
Can I use Clarity. for something tactical or one-off?
Yes. If you have a single urgent problem to unpack, Base is perfect.

Do I have to use a session every month?
No. Clarity. isn't built on session quotas. You're not buying hours,

Sessions are one tool. We'll use whatever mix gets you the clarity you need.
How do the costs compare to other options?

invoicing.
If you're a public-sector or enterprise buyer who needs a formal quote, email
us. We'll do our best to accommodate.
Is Clarity. structured to meet public sector procurement needs?
Yes. It's Clarity.'s goal to be frictionless for both public and private
sectors through a fixed-price, subscription-based strategic support
service.
We don't embed, replace roles, or sell resource time. We offer clear outcomes
through a productised support model designed for simplicity, speed, and procurement
compliance.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan or cancel any time. There's no lock-in and
no pressure.
You're in control. We only want you on a plan that fits your needs.

Yes. If life gets busy or priorities change, you can pause your plan
instead of cancelling. Just email us and we'll make it easy.
Trust & Compliance
Will I work with the same advisor each time?
Most likely, yes. Especially at the Plus and Partner levels. Consistency
builds trust. If we ever switch, we'll brief your new advisor fully so
nothing is lost.
What if I want to switch advisors?
Just let us know. If something's not clicking, we'll offer a smooth
handover and ensure your context is fully retained.
What if I don't feel I got value?
Tell us. If something didn't land or didn't feel worth it, we'll make it
right.
That could mean extra support, a pause, a different advisor, or a refund.
Our goal is simple: every conversation should leave you better off than before.
Is my data and context kept private?
Yes. Everything you share with Clarity. is kept confidential and used
only to support your goals. We'll never share or reuse your materials
without consent.
Do you record sessions or take notes?
Only if you ask us to. We're happy to provide a write-up or summary
afterward, but we won't record unless it helps you, and you've given
permission.
Are you insured? Do you offer NDAs?
Yes, we're fully insured for professional liability. If your
organisation needs an NDA in place, we're happy to sign one, just ask.
Is Clarity. available 24/7?
No, and that's a feature, not a flaw. Clarity. is led by real experts,
not automated tools or outsourced support.
We aim to deliver the outcomes you want, not book against time spent doing

We work reasonable hours that fit our clients' needs, and we
occasionally take time off for illness or holiday like anyone else.
