Mentoring runs month to month with no contract. Fractional leadership lasts for the term agreed in the scope, based on the work and outcome.

You’ll work with Chris, Jess, or both. Chris focuses on strategy and commercial decisions. Jess focuses on teams, culture, and operations. We match the people to the problem.
