First Tuesday

The topic session

Ninety minutes on one growth problem: offer, pricing, customers, systems, hiring, or leadership. Chris and Jess choose three practical options from what they are seeing in the room, then members vote.

Third Tuesday

Hot seats and open floor

Two or three founders bring a live problem. Chris or Jess diagnoses what is really going on. Then you can ask anything.

Slack and recordings

Ask the room, post a win, say when you are stuck. Every session is recorded, so one you miss is not one you lose.
