- Name and organisation details if voluntarily provided
- Billing information (handled via Stripe)
- Communication history via email
- Technical info (IP address, browser type, etc.) from logs
We do not use cookies or tracking pixels at this time.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to:
- Register you on our waitlist and send confirmation emails
- Respond to your requests and provide early access
- Fulfil billing and invoicing requirements
- Improve our services based on anonymised data
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on:
- Consent – when you sign up or submit a form
- Contract – when delivering services to you
- Legitimate interest – for site operations and improvement
4. How your data is stored
Your data is securely stored using:
- AWS DynamoDB for waitlist and form data
- AWS SES for email delivery
- Airtable for internal tracking
- Stripe for secure payment processing
Access is limited to the Clarity. team only.
5. Data retention
We retain data only as long as needed:

Waitlist data: deleted after 12 months of inactivity or upon request
- Billing records: retained for legal and accounting requirements
6. Your rights
Under the UK and EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request corrections
- Request deletion
- Object to processing in certain cases

7. International transfers
Data is hosted in UK/EU-compliant AWS regions. If transfers outside these
regions occur, we ensure safeguards are in place.
