- Fairness. If you haven't used your plan, we'll offer a full refund. If you have, we'll offer a fair resolution.
- Flexibility. We can pause your plan, credit you for future support, or tailor the outcome to your needs.

Monthly Plans
- Cancel anytime
- We don't usually offer refunds for past time, but we'll listen if you feel something was off
Quarterly Plans
- Cancel anytime
- Full refund if cancelled in the first 14 days if unused.
- Beyond that, we may offer a credit, partial refund, or something else that feels fair
Annual Plans
- Cancel anytime
- Full refund within 30 days if unused
- Pro-rata refund may be offered if there's been a breakdown in service, a change of circumstance, or mutual agreement
