We're here to make confident decisions simple — and that includes how we handle refunds. If something's not right, we'll work with you to put it right.

Clarity. is designed for real people with real priorities. That means refund requests are handled with empathy — not bureaucracy.
If you didn't get value, or if circumstances changed, we'll listen and respond in good faith. No rigid policies. Just a fair outcome.
What You Can Expect From Us
- Grace. Honest requests are met with generosity and respect.
- Speed. You'll hear from us within 5 working days — usually sooner.
- Fairness. If your plan went unused, we'll issue a full refund. If it was partially used, we'll offer a fair resolution.
- Flexibility. We can pause renewals, apply credits, or tailor a response based on your needs.
Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method. You'll receive confirmation once issued.
Credits-first policy
If the first decision-ready Value Map is not delivered within 15 business days of kickoff, we issue a £4,000 store credit applicable to a Quarterly or Annual OnePlan term.
Eligibility
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide requested inputs within 2 business days.
- No material scope change after Intake.
- Kickoff date confirmed in writing.
How credits apply
- Credits are not cash. They apply against Quarterly or Annual prepay.
- Credits are term-spread by default (e.g., across the prepay term).
- Credits expire 6 months from issue unless stated otherwise.
Exclusions
- Force majeure events.
- Client delays or unavailability.
- Scope changes made after Intake.
Plan-Based Guidelines
These are not strict rules — just a reference point. We treat every case individually.
Monthly Billing
- Cancel anytime via your account
- Refunds are rare once used, but we'll always listen
Quarterly Billing
- Cancel anytime
- Full refund if cancelled within 14 days and unused
- Beyond that, we may offer a partial refund or account credit
Annual Billing
- Cancel anytime
- Full refund if cancelled within 30 days and unused
- Prorated refunds may be offered for service issues, major changes, or mutual agreement

- Your name
- Your billing date and plan type
- A short note about what didn't go to plan
