Refund Policy

We don’t issue refunds for change of mind. But if we don’t deliver on our promise, we make it right—with credits, not cash.

We design OnePlan for clarity, decisiveness, high-impact work. If we fail to deliver your first decision-ready Value Map, you don’t just get money back— you get value extended, in the form of credit.

When the Guarantee Applies

Only Quarterly and Annual subscriptions are covered. Monthly plans are not eligible for this guarantee.

Guarantee Terms

  • If we haven’t delivered your first Value Map within 15 business days of kickoff, we'll issue a £4,000 account credit.
  • Credit applies automatically against your current or next Quarter/Annual payment.
  • Credits expire 6 months from issuance unless otherwise arranged.

Why Credit?

Cash refunds end the relationship. Credits keep us invested in resolving the problem and ensuring your next decision delivers the value you expect.

Standard Usage Guidelines

  • For both Quarterly and Annual plans, if cancelled early and fully unused within 14 days (Quarterly) or 30 days (Annual), you’ll receive full credit.
  • After use begins, unused portions may be issued as prorated credit at our discretion.
  • Monthly plans: cancel anytime. No guarantee applies. We’ll listen if something goes wrong—but no credit by default.

Exceptions

  • Client-caused delays, scope changes post-Intake, or force majeure events do not qualify.

How to Request

Email support@getclarity.win with:

  • Your name and plan details (type, billing date)
  • What went wrong, within a week of kickoff or issue

No proof needed. If we didn’t deliver, we’ll make it right—with human care.
