1. About Us

Clarity. is a trading name of Clarity. Support Services Ltd, a UK-based company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: [Insert address].

2. Our Services

We provide strategic support through a single subscription called the OnePlan. It's designed for product, delivery, and strategy leaders who want to make confident decisions without unnecessary delays, costs, or complexity.

This is not a consulting engagement or delivery contract. The service is structured, productised, and subscription-based — focused on momentum, clarity, and confident progress.

3. Human-Led Support

Clarity. is delivered by experts, not bots or ticket systems. We work reasonable hours aligned to client needs and may occasionally be unavailable due to illness, holidays, or other human realities.

While we aim for consistency and responsiveness, this is a human-led service — not 24/7 or automated. We'll always give advance notice where possible and plan around time away.

By subscribing, you agree to:

5. Payment Terms

Public sector clients may request alternative invoicing or purchasing routes (e.g. via reseller). Contact support@getclarity.win.

6. Billing and continuity

Prepaid Quarterly and Annual terms roll to monthly at the then-current rate unless cancelled before term end. VAT excluded.

7. Streams

“Streams” are units of expert capacity. One Stream delivers one decision-ready Value Map per monthly cycle. Adding Streams increases simultaneous capacity; process per Stream is constant.

8. Promotions

Founder-rate, coupons, and other promotions are time-limited and may not recur. We may verify eligibility. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9. Procurement and SLAs

Outcome-based service with fixed scope. Custom procurement or extended SLAs may use custom pricing.

10. Cancellations

Note: Cancelling your plan does not automatically trigger a refund. Please see our Refund Policy.

11. Confidentiality

Everything you share with Clarity. is treated as confidential. In return, you agree not to share Clarity. outputs outside your organisation without permission.

If you're a public authority subject to FOIA, please speak with us before disclosing confidential material. We'll aim to resolve any conflicts constructively and lawfully.

12. Intellectual Property

Any content or outputs created by Clarity. remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise. You may use them internally, but not publish, resell, or share externally without permission.

All rights not explicitly granted are reserved. Use beyond your organisation — including training, resale, or derivatives — requires written consent.

13. Privacy & Data Use

We only collect the data needed to deliver your subscription — such as name, email, and billing details.

We use trusted platforms (e.g. Stripe, AWS, Clerk). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with UK GDPR and support your full rights as a data subject.

14. Security & Accessibility

Our infrastructure is hosted in the UK/EU using AWS. We follow industry best practices for security, access control, and monitoring.

We aim to meet WCAG accessibility standards and ensure fair, inclusive access for all clients — public and private sector.

15. Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid in your most recent billing cycle.

The service is provided as-is. While we work with care and good faith, no warranties are offered beyond what's stated here.

16. Disputes

We aim to resolve disputes informally and quickly. If needed, all legal matters are governed by UK law and handled in the courts of England and Wales.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify active subscribers of any material changes. Continued use means you accept the updates.
