Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 06 July 2025

TL;DR: You pay upfront, can cancel anytime, we respect your data, and you get real support — not fine print games. Questions? Just ask us at support@getclarity.win.

1. About Us

Clarity. is a trading name of Clarity. Support Services Ltd, a UK-based company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: [Insert address].

2. Our Services

We provide insight and advisory support services via flexible Support Plans for product, delivery, and transformation leaders. These plans grant access to ongoing strategic support — not fixed deliverables.

3. Human-Led Support

Our Support Plans are delivered by real people — not bots, scripts, or offshore ticket queues. We work flexible but reasonable hours aligned to client needs, and we may occasionally be unavailable due to illness, holiday, or other human realities.

While we strive to maintain consistent rhythm and responsiveness, this is a human-led service — not a 24/7 offering. We'll always give you a heads-up where possible and plan around known time away.

6. Cancellations

Note: Cancelling your plan does not automatically trigger a refund. Please see our Refund Policy.

7. Confidentiality

All conversations, artefacts, and materials you share are treated as confidential. In return, you agree not to share Clarity. materials (tools, session content, or recordings) outside your organisation without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

Any content or artefacts created by Clarity. remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise. You're free to use them internally, but not sell, publish, or share them externally.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in your most recent billing cycle.

10. Disputes

We aim to resolve any dispute quickly and informally. If that's not possible, matters are governed by UK law and handled in the courts of England and Wales.
